Shipping policy

Our shipping prices vary depending on weight. Once  Items have been  added to the basket a suitable postage option will display at checkout.

Parcels are sent with Royal Mail, DPD or Hermes

We have a Standard postage option, which can be delivery between 3-7 working days Please allow extra time during busy & festive seasons ( these delays are by the courier company)

Premium delivery option - delivery between 2-3 working days (mon-fri) - Please note Premium delivery is not a next day delivery option, however it is possible you may receive your order next day, depending on the time you placed it.

Premium Delivery excludes Northern Ireland. Please select the correct postage option for Northern Ireland.

Standard postage to Northern Ireland is only available for small parcels sent by Royal Mail.

We do not have a Postage option for Offshore Isles’ - Channel Islands and Highland Scotland - please contact us in regards to postage to any of these areas before you place an order.

Sometime parcels can be delayed, dispute our best efforts to dispatch quickly. We appreciate your patience and will help you in this matter. * Due to Covid 19 deliveries can take longer than usual,  we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they input the correct address for shipping. Candyland packaging is not  responsible for any parcels which are returned and not delivered due to the customer inputting a incomplete or incorrect address. We will however assist you and help you resolve this, but postage will need to be paid again to re send the parcel.
